the mc first likes a girl, kotanoha then he befriends another girl sekai who helps him get together with kotanoha and while helping sekai also falls in love with him. The mc starts to date kotanoha and but rejects mc advances as she thinks the mc is moving to fast ,using this as a chance sekai in the pretext of saying she will help him she seduces and sleeps with him and now the mc and sekai became a secret couple ,sekai urges the mc to tell everyone about their relationship , the mc becomes a full fledged cheater and sleeps around with multiple girls and sekai noticed that the mc still loves kotanoha when she finds out that he has promised to dance with kotanoha in the school campfire night but he forgets about it during the event and another guy who like kotanoha tells her that the mc doesn't like her anymore and she should date him which see denies and then the guy forces himself on her so kotanoha texts the mc to come get her ,the mc sees the text message and runs to her but he is stopped by one of his sex partner and he has sex with her while kotanoha is raped by that guy ,devastated after the rape kotanoha also sees the mc with sekai and she is completely broken , then next day sekai friends with video evidence told sekai about the mc cheating with others ,devastated sekai also starts to skip school but the mc becomes a douchebag and started sleeping around
with more girls then one day sekai noticed she maybe pregnant and asked mc to take responsibility to which he bluntly refuses , this news spread around and he loses all his sex partner,then sekai even goes to his house and pleads him to take responsibility ,the mc just storms out and finds the throughly broken kotanoha . The mc then broke down ,cried, and felt the need to take responsibility for her pitiful state ,apologized for how he treated her ,sekai sees them and she again asks him to take responsibility to which the mc snaps and tells her that he loves kotanoha and kisses kotanoha in front of her ,she then screams and leaves ,and after few days she receives a mail from the mc on a abortion clinic which kotanoha recommended.The following day,Sekai goes to the mc's house for one last meeting . While in the kitchen making tea, Sekai emails the mc to apologise and say goodbye. When the mc goes to his room to get his phone sh3 approaches him from behind and brutally stabs him to death with a kitchen knife, unable to accept him trying to be happy with Kotonoha. Kotonoha later arrives at mc's apartment, finding his lifeless body in his room. Using the mc's phone, she sends an email to Sekai to meet him at the rooftop. Confused, Sekai finds Kotonoha there and Kotonoha accuses Sekai of lying about being pregnant in order to tie down the mc. When Sekai states that she wanted to be the mc's girlfriend too, Kotonoha tells her to ask him, and directs her to a bag nearby. Sekai stares in horror when she finds the mc's severed head, then Kotonoha decides to find out the truth about Sekai's pregnancy. She cuts Sekai's abdomen open to confirm that she is not pregnant, killing her in the process. Then Kotonoha is seen cuddling the mc's head on a sailboat and whispering that they can finally be alone together. The end

Oh it started out who he had a crush on one girl which was one of the mc's, the other girls was the 2nd female mc help him out to get together with girl mc1, but she cared for him as well and was seeing him in secrete. But he split up from her and was chasing others cause he was addicted to chasing tail until a point none of the girls didn't want be around him and his gf was into psychological state and he went back to her, than got her out of it and girl mc2 came back to get back with him since she was pregnant, (and there was a lot of drama round which not to get too much detail), his judgment came with brutal murder. Also yes he cheated with 3 girls at once in a 4gye near the end. Btw if you start watching be prepared to hate male mc and it's depressing at the end.

School days. I am not sure I would recommend it because after I heard so many negative or traumatic reactions to it I am not sure I will ever watch it. That anime is the reason my cousin doesn't watch or read romance focused animes or mangas anymore

Did they watch it as it was airing? Even so, I think it'd be pretty obvious that it wasn't a normal romance, or even a romance at all, as soon as the first bad choice was made, or even the second.
